Goal
Our primary objective was to provide Gearjot with a new design and system upgrade. They required a fresh, user-friendly interface and the implementation of new features to enhance their fleet and asset management services.
The aim was to create an easy-to-use app that could be utilized by everyone on their team, from the office to the field, and even on the other side of the world.

Process
The process kicked off with a comprehensive exploration of the current status of the Gearjot website and its functionality. Working closely with the Gearjot team, we documented all user paths and identified the critical functionalities that existing users were using.
This in-depth analysis enabled us to create a comprehensive roadmap to bring their vision to life.

Solution
Once we had a clear understanding of Gearjot’s needs, we designed a prototype. Upon approval, we completely revamped the design, introducing new color schemes and a fresh layout. The system was programmed using React to ensure it was reactive, component-based, and reusable.
This allowed us to deliver a user-friendly interface with enhanced features, including aggregated real-time telematics for easy tracking and geo-fencing of equipment, tools to simplify management, improve safety, decrease downtime, and lower TCO.

Results
The result was a powerful, easy-to-use app that offered full transparency into Gearjot’s operations across jobs, projects, teams, time, and distance. The new design and system upgrade have successfully cut down on theft and unauthorized use of Gearjot’s assets. The new features we implemented have made it easier for Gearjot to track, monitor, maintain, and improve their operations.
Gearjot now has a comprehensive solution that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. The collaborative effort between our team and Gearjot’s was instrumental in this successful transformation.
