Goal
The goal was to launch a UK e-commerce presence that would match the scale and trust of Gatorade’s global brand. The store had to support subscriptions, product bundles, and seamless logistics integration, while also passing strict security and compliance checks.
This was not just about setting up a storefront — it was about creating a platform that could handle complex requirements, provide operational efficiency, and offer consumers a smooth, mobile-first shopping experience that reflects Gatorade’s identity.

Process
We started with a discovery phase to map business needs, compliance requirements, and technical constraints. Working closely with Gatorade’s internal teams, we defined user journeys, subscription logic, and integration pathways.
From there, we moved into iterative prototyping and development, validating each step against both compliance standards and customer experience goals. By the time we reached final development, every flow had been stress-tested, reviewed, and aligned with Gatorade’s global standards.

Solution
We delivered a Shopify platform that goes far beyond out-of-the-box functionality. The store includes custom applications for subscription management, bundle building, and ERP integrations, all designed to work seamlessly with Shopify’s core.
Security was embedded at every layer, from PCI-compliant checkout flows and GDPR alignment to audit-ready logging and monitoring. Alongside this, we optimized performance with caching, CDN delivery, and load testing to ensure reliability during peak campaigns. The result is a mobile-first, high-performing store that feels unmistakably Gatorade.
